Hi, I'm Kate. I’m a first time mama to a beautiful little boy (Cobi > born Oct 2014) who absolutely lights up my world. I’m a yoga teacher & therapist, pre + postnatal specialist, multi-passionte entrepreneur and business owner.
My background is in PR & Social Media where I spent 10 years working in Corporate & Major Events. I also ran my own PR & Social Media agency for 5 years. Tired of the rat race and working in a field that just didn’t light me up, I transitioned into health & wellness (made easier by the fact my husband is an Osteopath). I still do some occasional marketing consulting work but my real passion is women’s health (in particular pre & postnatal yoga).
Having competed as an elite triathlete in my late teens I’ve always had a passion for health & wellness but my interest in pre and postnatal really developed during my fertility journey, subsequent high risk pregnancy, early admission to hospital on bed rest and emergency caesarian resulting in a premature baby in the special care nursery and a decent dose of post traumatic stress.
Combine that with being a first time Mum (and all of the challenges associated with that), I’ve drawn (and continue to do so) on all of my knowledge and experience to navigate the chaos that is often motherhood.

Drawing on all of her experience and knowledge, Kate used yoga extensively throughout her high-risk pregnancy and journey into motherhood.
She's on a mission to show women how they can use yoga on their journey through birth, baby and beyond.
