We know that when our mind + body is in balance, our lives also feel balanced. This cannot occur if we are not prepared to surrender to any healing that needs to occur.

When we practice yoga for healing, we are making a conscious decision to focus on ’self’. To devote ourselves to a practice that asks us to work with our body as is, look deep within, and surrender to the process, despite how painful the path may be.
